1. Vehicle Sales (Cars, SUVs, Trucks)
No Returns After Purchase or Delivery
All vehicle sales are final once payment is completed, the vehicle is registered, or delivery is made. Due to the nature of automobile transactions and title processing, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for vehicles sold — whether new, pre-owned, or custom-ordered.
We strongly encourage all customers to:
Inspect the vehicle in person or request a full inspection report
Review all documentation before purchase
Ask for a test drive (where applicable)
Confirm all features and specifications prior to finalizing payment
2. Accessories and Parts
Eligible for Return Within 7 Days
We accept returns for automotive accessories and parts under the following conditions:
The item is returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
You provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
Exchange or Refund Options
If eligible, you may choose one of the following:
Exchange for another product of equal value
Refund to the original payment method (less applicable restocking or transaction fees)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Installed or used accessories
Custom or special-ordered parts
Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Discounted or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return
If approved, return the item to our showroom or send it to our return address (at your expense)
Once inspected, we will notify you of the refund status within 3–7 business days
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect accessory item:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photo or video evidence of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days of item return and inspection
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Bank processing time may vary depending on your provider
